Consultation on Additional Documents Relating to Tring Tr03

In the Inspectors’ post Stage 3 hearings letter to the Council (DBC/ED61) they asked the Council to provide further information on the justification for Tr03 East of Tring. The council have now submitted the following documents in response to the Inspectors’ request:

DBC/ED64;

DBC/ED65;

DBC/ED65A , DBC/ED65B, DBC/ED65C, DBC/ED65D, DBC/ED65E, DBC/ED65F, DBC/ED65G;

DBC/ED65/P1, DBC/ED65/P2, DBC/ED65/P3, DBC/ED65/P4.

The Inspectors are now running a targeted consultation seeking views on these documents only.

Comments are invited on these documents from members of the following groups of representors:

Those who commented at the Regulation 19 stage on Tr03 East of Tring;
Those who made hearing statements and/or took part in the hearing sessions for Tr03 East of Tring;
Those who made statements and/or participated in the hearing session on site selection (Matter 2 Issue 3);
Those who made representations in response to the consultation on Examination document DBC/ED39.

The consultation closes at midnight on Friday 6th November and any comments submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Responses received to the consultation will be posted on this page following the deadline for receipt of comments.
