In the Inspectors’ post-Stage 1 hearings letter to the Council (DBC/ED36), they asked the Council to provide further information on the site selection process. The Council have submitted the following documents:
DBC/ED39 Council's response to Inspectors' post-Stage 1 Hearing Sessions request to Council: Point (i) - Site Selection; DBC/ED39A Site Selection Update - Appendix A; and DBC/ED40 Council's response to Inspectors' post-Stage 1 Hearing Sessions request to Council: Point (ii) - Green Belt List.
The Inspectors are running a consultation on these documents which is open to all Regulation 19 Representors. There is no expectation for individuals or organisations to submit comments on the documents, but should any interested party wish to comment, submissions must be made in writing and sent to the Programme Officer’s email address (louise@poservices.co.uk) by 5.00 pm on Thursday 8th January 2026.
The comments received will be uploaded to this page following the deadline for responses to the consultation.
