Hemel Garden Communities is asking local people in Dacorum to help us shape the proposals for the town’s regeneration and growth. We want to hear your views on what you need to live a healthy life and maintain your wellbeing. This information will help us shape future plans.

 About Hemel Garden Communities:

Hemel Hempstead was awarded Garden Town status by the government in 2019, giving it the opportunity to be transformed through the Hemel Garden Communities Programme, with plans to make it more vibrant and sustainable. It will create up to 11,000 new homes and 10,000 jobs by 2050, to the north and east of Hemel Hempstead, as well as transforming the existing town.
