What do these plans aim to achieve?
These plans aim to produce positive change within specific areas of Dacorum.
How do DBC aim to create these plans?
To create the actions plans required for positive change, we will aim to engage with tenants for their opinions and experience of living in the area. Events will be held in specific areas of Dacorum to gather tenant feedback on topics such as; green spaces (including play areas), communal areas (i.e public areas within social housing properties), streets and paths and community life to name a few.
DBC will then use tenant feedback to create a plan with a variety of actions aimed to affect positive change in the community.
With the action plan completed, we then aim to gather a group of local tenants to form a committee ensuring any actions remain informed by tenants.
