Dacorum Borough Council is preparing a new Hemel Hempstead Town Centre Masterplan, and we want to hear your views.
This is your opportunity to help shape the future of the town centre. Whether you live, work, study, visit or run a business in Hemel Hempstead, your feedback will help inform the development of the masterplan and help to shape how the town centre will look and feel in the future.
About the Masterplan
Following on from the Hemel Town Centre Vision, The masterplan is the next stage of the journey. It will turn the vision into a practical plan by identifying opportunities to improve the town centre, exploring potential regeneration sites, enhancing public spaces, and setting out a clear roadmap for future delivery.
To support this work, Dacorum Borough Council has appointed a team of specialist consultants led by Carter Jonas, alongside LDA Design and P-THREE, to prepare the masterplan.

Your experiences and ideas are essential to creating a town centre that works for everyone.
We want to understand:

The opportunities and challenges you see.
Your ideas for the future of the town centre.
Your feedback, alongside technical evidence and stakeholder engagement, will help shape the emerging masterplan.
