At the Dacorum Local Plan hearing session on Tuesday 16 September, the Inspectors asked the Council to provide a note on the cumulative impacts on the strategic network, and the Duty to Cooperate with National Highways.
The document has now been submitted and can be accessed in the Examination documents at DBC/ED35.
The Inspectors are holding a consultation on this document which is open to representors who commented on Duty to Cooperate at the Regulation 19 stage, and those who took part in the hearing session on Tuesday 16 September 2025 when Duty to Cooperate was discussed.
Please note that the Inspectors are only seeking comments on the document DBC/ED35, and there is no need for representors or participants to reissue previously submitted representations or make comments on any other aspect of the Plan or the examination at this stage.
Responses to the consultation should be sent directly by email to the Programme Officer, Louise St John Howe, (louise@poservices.co.uk) by 5.00 pm on Monday 13 October 2025.
