Key contacts:

Joanna is the lead Development Officer for the new development at St Margaret's Way. She manages the progress of the project and liaises with all relevant parties, such as the contractors, Dacorum Borough Council Housing services and existing residents.

Daniel is the lead Tenancy Management Officer for the new development at St Margaret's Way. He supports existing residents with any tenancy related matters as well as tenancy queries relating to the new development and works closely with Joanna and other housing services to do this.

Emily is the lead Improvement and Engagement Officer for the new development at St Margaret's Way. She is responsible for resident engagement, including the management of this webpage and is leading on the delivery of a community 'celebration' event in the Summer. 

Riona is the Resident & Community Liaison Manager for Helix Construct Ltd. She liaises with local residents surrounding the St Margarets Way development, as well as key contacts at both Helix and Dacorum Borough Council.
