Hemel Garden Communities are working on plans to grow Hemel Hempstead and build a New Town, that meets the needs of its residents. We are interested in hearing about your learning, career and work plans, as we expand Maylands Business Park and develop Herts IQ. By making sure we develop the right homes, and spaces that meet the employment needs of the future, will we build a self-sustaining local economy.

    Hemel Garden Communities is an exciting development programme that will see the transformation of Hemel Hempstead by 2050, into a more vibrant and attractive place to be. New, more sustainable neighbourhoods and communities will be created, with 11,000 homes and 10,000 new jobs. As we think about what the town will need for the future, we’d like to find out more about your learning, work and career plans.
