Who can attend the Spotlight on Housing sessions?

    These sessions are open to all Dacorum Borough Council tenants and leaseholders.  

    How do I register?

    Simply complete the short registration form using the link on this page. Once you’ve registered, we’ll send you a joining link by email before the event.

    What technology do I need?

    The session will be hosted online via Microsoft Teams. You can join using a computer, tablet, or smartphone. If you don’t already have Teams, you can join through your internet browser - no special download required.

    Will the session be recorded?

    Yes, the session will be recorded.

    Can I ask questions during the event?

    Yes. You can submit questions in advance using the form on this page, or type them into the Q&A chat during the session. All questions are moderated to make sure the forum remains a safe and respectful space.

    What happens if my question isn’t answered live?

    Don’t worry - if we don’t cover yours during the event, we’ll share a written response afterwards.

    What will the first session cover?

    The first session (8th October, 6 - 8pm) will focus on the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) - what the results mean for Dacorum and what actions we’re taking.

    How often will these sessions run?

    They’re currently planned to take place every two months. Future topics may include damp and mould, repairs, and rent and service charges.

    Is there a cost to attend?

    No. These sessions are completely free for all tenants and leaseholders.

    We want to make sure your voice shapes how housing services are delivered. These forums give you a direct line to senior managers, helping us listen, learn and improve.
