We’re launching a new series of online forums where you can hear directly from our Housing Senior Leadership Team and share your views.

These Spotlight on Housing sessions are designed to give tenants the chance to:

• Hear updates on important housing issues

• Ask questions directly to senior managers

• Share your feedback and help shape the way we deliver services

Topic: Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs)
We’ll share our Tenant Satisfaction Measures results that we have submitted to Regulator of Social Housing, explain what they mean and set out what we’re doing to improve.

This is your chance to ask questions, tell us what matters to you and see how we’re using your feedback to drive improvements.
