We’re updating your tenancy agreement to keep it fair, clear, and up to date. This agreement explains what you can expect from us as your landlord and what we ask from you as a tenant.

Need Help?
You can:
- Call our Customer Service team on 01442 228000 and a member of staff will help you complete the survey over the phone.
- Drop into the Forum, where a Customer Service representative can support you in completing the survey, either in person or over the phone.
- If you prefer, call us with your name, address, and contact number, and we’ll arrange a one-to-one phone call to hear your views.
Our Housing team will also be making phone calls and home visits to help tenants complete the survey.
