Purpose of the survey and interactive map

Dacorum Borough Council is committed to enhancing the quality of life in our communities, and we need your help to achieve this goal. We are conducting a survey and interactive map to better understand your experiences and satisfaction with living and working in The Heights.

How to Complete the Survey

The survey consists of a series of questions designed to gauge your experience with various aspects of living and working in The Heights. Please answer each question as thoroughly and honestly as possible.

The survey is confidential and should take approximately 2 minutes to complete.

How to Use the Interactive Map

Please use the map to log any issues, suggest areas for improvement, or highlight parts of the area that you enjoy.

The interactive map has a number of pins that you can plot on the map. A list of these can be found below with examples of what can go into each section.

• Cleanliness - Graffiti, fly-tipping, litter etc.
• Parking - Abandoned vehicles, parking issues, etc.
• Open Spaces - Do they respond to your needs and if not why?
• Community - Opportunities for community engagement, anti social behaviour etc.
• Buildings - Are there any issues you would like us to know about?
• Access - Are there any access issues you would like to mention?
• Businesses - As a business, is there anything you would like to bring to our attention?

Who Should Participate

We are inviting all residents and local business who live or work at The Heights to participate. Whether you manage a small retail shop, have recently moved to the area, have lived in The Heights all your life, or anything in between, your thoughts are valuable.

Confidentiality and Anonymity

Your responses will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of this survey. All information provided will be anonymised, ensuring that your individual responses cannot be linked back to you or your business.

Your feedback is crucial in helping us understand what you like about living and working in the area and how we can best help our communities. By sharing your experiences, you are helping us to understand the needs, concerns and aspirations of the local area.
