Register for our next Spotlight on Housing!

Our second Spotlight on Housing session on 27th November at 6pm will focus on damp and mould.

It's also a chance for you to ask our senior management team any questions you have - before and during the event. Not just about mould but any issues you think are important to tenants.

With the colder months approaching, we want to talk to our tenants about Damp & Mould:

  • What we're doing to tackle it and bring down the number of cases
  • How we're acting on Awaab's Law
  • How you can minimise condensation to reduce the likelihood of mould in your home
  • How you can take action if you discover damp and mould
  • How we can work together to avoid risks to health and wellbeing caused by black mould

There's even a free prize draw! One lucky tenant or leaseholder attending this meeting will win a £50 high street shopping voucher.

🔒 A Safe and Respectful Space

  • All questions will be grouped by theme so as many as possible can be answered.

  • Any that we don’t get to during the session will be answered afterwards and shared with residents.

  • To keep the forum safe and respectful, questions and comments will be moderated before they appear.

🙌 Why take part?

These sessions are part of our commitment to listening to tenants’ voices and ensuring your feedback directly shapes the way housing services are delivered. They’re also an opportunity to hold us accountable, build trust and work together to improve services.
