Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment Update

  • This has assessed the suitability, availability and achievability of the land promoted to the Council as potential housing sites.

Local Plan Viability Update October 2023

  • This has assessed the deliverability of the draft Local Plan.

Habitats Regulations Assessment September 2023

  • This has involved screening the sites proposed for allocation for likely significant effects on nationally important habitats areas.
